Kenji Yamada vs. Sway Archer
Not much to be said here. The clash of the midcard champions was entertaining for all and provided a great showing for all the family. Kenji Yamada was able to pull off a close match, ending in his defeat at the hands of the skilled US Champ Sway Archer who deftly defeated Kenji.
Aaron Black vs. Simon Cade vs. Edgar Whateley
a strong triple threat battle, plenty of intrigue around debutant Edgar Whateley who secured a strong debut victory against former world champion Aaron Black and former hardcore champion Simon Cade. Despite the odds not being in his favour. Using The Thing That Should Not Be to strong effect in pinning Aaron Black.
Red Dragon vs. Drew Murdock
Fink: Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall. Already in the ring, from Sheffield, England, weighing in at 220 pounds, Drew Murdock!
*The crowd give a polite applause as Drew waves to them*
Fink: And his opponent, from parts unknown, weighing in at 232 pounds, Red Dragon!
*Behemoth’s O father, O Satan, O Sun begins to play as lightning strikes can be heard. A small line of fire erupts as Red Dragon emerges from under the stage. The crowd are silent as they are unsure what to think of this new character. Red Dragon gives a small grin as he slowly makes his way to the ring. Once he is at the ring, he slides in and leans onto the ropes, waiting for the match to begin*
*With both men ready, the bell rings*
Kohl: Here we go and…OH MY GOD! Red Dragon with a brutal clothesline right off the bat!
Beast: Wow! That was epic. The crowd is absolutely silent.
Kohl: And I don’t blame them. I’m surprised Drew isn’t dead. Anyway, Dragon’s got him back up, and he drops him with a DDT and he flips straight into a dropkick to the back. Now look at this! Dragon is on top of Drew brutally punching him directly into the head.
Beast: Those are vicious shots. He’s not backing down one bit.
Kohl: You’re right about that, but look, he’s still going. I’ve counted 25 punches and he’s not backing down. Wait, look at Drew! He’s busted wide open! The refs got to intervene! Oh, thank God he is. Dragon is being dragged off Drew as the ref checks him. I hope he is alr- NO! Dragon is gabbing a hold of Drew and lifting him up…Straight into a legacy of the disturbed! Even more damage to the head.
Beast: uum, I’m not sure about him anymore. I might just stay quiet for the rest of this.
Kohl: That’s ok Beast. I’m not enjoying this match either. Dragon is dragging Drew’s limp body to the corner, he climbs to the top and slices his neck with his thumb…And there it is, The Nail in the Coffin! Just pin him Dragon…1…2…3. Thank God it’s all over!
Fink: h-here is your winner, Red Dragon.
*The crowd are absolutely dead as Red Dragon stands in the middle, erupting the corners with flames as he laughs slowly and manically*
Kohl: I’m scared for anyone who has to face him. And remember, he won the battle royal at Justice so he faces Kenji next week for the hardcore championship.
Beast: Well, it was nice knowing Kenji.
Mason James vs. Darius Seeiso vs. Ken Hart
The match started off rather quickly. Darius and Mason both clotheslined Ken over the top rope and had a standoff in ring. As they traded blows, Ken came back into the match, nailing both of them with a missile dropkick off the top. Darius rolled out, allowing Ken to try and put the boots to Mason, but to no avail. Ken had a good showing of offense, hitting Mason with countless chops and headbutts, but when he failed to get Mason up for a suplex, and Mason countered with one of his own, the match took a turn. As Mason gained the upper hand, the crowd’s chants of “gentle giant” began to get into Mason’s head. Taking advantage of the distraction, Ken landed a low blow, dropping Mason. Darius came in and nailed a Royal Fury to the back of the head of Ken Hart, before wowing the audience, by getting Mason all the way up, and all the way down, with the Night Driver, for the win.
Owen Hawes & Kidd West vs. Jensen & The Answer
The disjointed team of Hawes and West were no match for The Answer and Jensen in this crazy match. At one point Hawes even refused to tag out West as he was getting double teamed, leaving West in a precarious situation. When Jensen was about to hit Hawes with the Censored Colours the lights went out, when they came back on we saw Kidd West behind Hawes who was away to hit Jensen with a Lucid Dream until West interfered by hitting him in the back with Lady Sasha. Hawes was able to tag West back in, leaving him to be pinned by The Answer after a Graceful Calamity.
