What's this, another EWR diary from yours truly?
Yep. Sorry I haven't been posting much about NWA Lone Star lately, and I'll have that all updated soon, but life's been busy and my motivation has been kinda low. I like doing NWA Lone Star fine, but my brain just has these random sparks of interests and inspiration that come and go at random times. This is one of those sparks. You see, the mod I'm using for this diary is IDomination 2008, considered one of the greatest EWR mods of all time. You can download it here
The basic premise of this mod is a world where Wrestlemania failed, sending the WWF out of business and allowing the NWA to survive and grow into a global powerhouse. Even Vince McMahon has a territory now, Titan Wrestling Entertainment, which I'll be playing as in this diary. Will Vince McMahon's sport's entertainment rise to the top of the NWA, or will it fail once again as it did on that fateful day?
I'll have my currant roster and other such stats set up tomorrow, but until then here's an episode of TWE Tuesday Nite Titans for y'all to enjoy.
Also yes, I'll still be doing my NWA: Lone Star Diary... whenever I feel like it
...
Tuesday Nite Titans Results:
1. The show kicks off with a grand pyro display as Micheal Cole and "Macho Man" Randy Savage welcome everyone watching at home to TWE Tuesday Nite Titans. After the spectacular light show, "No Chance in Hell" plays over the loud speakers as the GM of TWE, Vince McMahon, walks out to the ring. He announces that later this month will be the TWE Royal Rumble, the winner of this 30 man over the top rope contest getting a shot at the TWE Heavyweight Championship at Clash of the Titans. Vince then announces that, with this match in mind, he's about to shake things up. The winner of tonight's main event will get a shot at the Heavyweight Championship against the champion, Jean Paul Levesque. The loser, however, will enter the Royal Rumble... as entrant number one.

2. Our opening match of the evening are the old school throwback team of The Thunderbirds, Dice and Domino, against a new debuting tag team. The two greasers get in the ring and wait for their opponents, when the sounds of motorcycles reeving up are heard! The crowd come unglued as The Disciples of Destruction come out, Ron and Don Harris, both men on their own motorcycles. The D.O.A park their bikes at the top of the ramp and quickly walk down to the ring, ready for a fight. Dice and Domino, either caught off guard by the surprise debut or simply outmatched by the two giants, don't put up much of a resistance. The match ends when Ron and Don plant Domino with an H-Bomb.

3. We cut backstage into an office, where Stephanie McMahon is seated at a wooden table. She says that 2008 will be a year of change for the TWE, and the first big change happens tonight! She then announces that Vince McMahon has appointed her the GM of the TWE women's division, and that her goal is to make sure it's filled with the smartest, strongest, and sexiest women in the industry! To this end, she has fired almost all of TWE's former women, with the exception of one. The NWA Women's Champion Candice Michelle. Steph then announces that Candice Michelle will be defending her title tonight against one of the newest acquisitions to the women's division, Lisa Varon. She then smiles and adds that if Candice Michelle loses, she's fired. Talk about dropping a bombshell!
Rating: 74
4. After the segment, we get our NWA Women's Championship match between Candice Michelle and "The Black Widow" Lisa Varon. Michelle tries her best to fight for her career, but Varon has her outclassed at almost every point during the match, mainly due to her size and power advantage along with her vicious offense. Finally, Varon puts Candice out of her misery with the Widow's Peak, becoming the new NWA Women's Champion and ending the TWE career of Candice Michelle! Varon is not done, however, as she then pulls out a steel chair and clobbers the former champ in the face with it, leaving her out on the mat! Not only has Candice lost her job and her title, but now she's been humiliated by this new, psychotic champion!

5. We then cut to a backstage interview with "Macho" Matt Morgan and his manager, the seductive Miss Jackie. Jackie states that both her and Matt have grown tired of Randy Savage's complaints of stealing his gimmick. Matt Morgan isn't copying the Macho Man, he's proving that he's a better Macho Man then Savage ever was! Jackie then tells Savage to watch her clients match later tonight closely and see what a real man is like. Matt Morgan ends the promo with an insulting "Ooooh Yeah, dig it bitch!"

6. After that insulting interview, we cut back to the ring to see a familiar face, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan! He tells the "humanoids" around him to shut up and listen. Heenan then says that he's proud to announce not only has he come out of retirement, but he's bringing a whole new family with him! The family will comprise of young up and comers who just need that little bit of guidance before they can launch into the big time, and the first client of Heenan's is none other than... Chris Mordetsky! The crowd boos as the TWE East Coast Champion walks out and shakes the hand of the legendary but slimy manager. With Heenan in his corner, "Mr. Wonderful" might be unstoppable!

7. Next up is a match between the mysterious Glenn Goodnight, with the ghoulish Percy Pringle in his corner, squaring off against the rapper Custom Chucky P, accompanied to the ring by his girlfriend, Ashley! Chucky P is able to get some offense in on the demonic Glenn in the early goings, but a out of nowhere diving clothesline by Glenn turns the tide! Glenn then puts Chucky P. away with a Chokeslam, much to the chagrin of Ashley. After the match, Glenn does his usual "arms go down fire goes up" thing, but after he does this a group of people come onto the entrance way clapping and cheering for him. Glenn and Percy turn their heads to see Jimmy Hart and his First Family, Fatu, Fertig The Vampire, and The Nasty Boys, clapping at Glenn's dominant performance! What does this mean?

8. Backstage we see Stacy Keibler, Batista's manager, watching a monitor backstage, when the Heavyweight Champion himself, Jean Paul Levesque, comes up to her. He says that he doesn't know why a girl like her would hang out with a muscle bound dolt like Batista, and that if she wants to know what it's like to truly "play the game", she's welcome to his place after the show. Stacy refuses, but Levesque laughs her up and suddenly pulls her close to his chest, offering a preview of later tonight. Stacy tries to squirm out, but Jean Paul has her arms grabbed tight. Before Jean can fully lean in for the kiss, Dave Batista walks in, causing Jean to quickly let go of Stacy. Stacy runs over to Batista as Batista says that after he's done with Shawn tonight, Levesque is next. If Levesque doesn't leave the locker room right now, however, Batista will be willing to change his plans a little. Getting the message, JPL quickly walks out, leaving Stacy to thank Batista for sparing her from the champion's advances.

9. After this, we have our last match before the main event, "Macho" Matt Morgan vs The Boogeyman! Randy Savage doesn't say a word the entire match, simply watching the action standing at the desk. Boogeyman tries his usual antics early, even trying to grab Miss Jackie to give her a nice meal of worms, but Morgan quickly stops the silliness with a big boot! The rest of the fight is pretty much Matt Morgan picking Boogeyman apart, looking back at Savage and screaming "I'm better than you old man!" Finally, Morgan hits his trademark Mount Morgan Drop, but instead of going for the pin, he instead climbs to the top rope and hits an elbow drop on Boogeyman to finally end the match, clearly looking to rub the salt further into the wounds of Randy Savage. After the match, Matt Morgan and Randy Savage have a stare down at ringside, ending with Morgan quite literally spitting in the face of Savage. As Morgan and Jackie walk off, Savage simply sits back down at the desk, powerless.

10. Next up his an interview with Shawn Micheals hyping up the main event! He states that while he respects Dave Batista, he's not going to lose this match to him. Shawn than brings up the history him and JPL have, and that Micheals wants a chance to kick Levesque's ass as soon as possible.
Rating: 88
11. And now, we come to our main event; Shawn Micheals vs Dave Batista. The winner will receive a shot at Jean Paul Levesque's championship at The Royal Rumble, while the loser will be forced to enter the Rumble as entrant number one. The two men put on a back and forth match, filled with many close calls. Micheals even hits Sweet Chin Music on Batista, but only gets a 2.9! Finally, Shawn climbs to the top rope and goes for a flying crossbody, only to be caught by Batista into a massive Standing Spinebuster! Batista follows this up with a thunderous Batista Bomb to keep Micheals down for the three count. Batista will have his title shot at the Rumble! As Batista walks over to get Shawn back up to his feet as a sign of respect, Jean Paul Levesque runs in with a sledgehammer! He blasts Batista in the gut with it before following the blow up with a Pedigree! JPL then looks down at Shawn Micheals, still lying broken and beaten on the ground. He then picks up his former friend and bitter rival and blasts him with another Pedigree! Both Batista and Shawn Micheals are out! Jean Paul Levesque celebrates over their still bodies as Tuesday Nite Titans fades to black.
