Jensen vs. Drew Murdock
"A match that was interesting to see, Drew Murdock making his return against Jensen was a stand out match, if not for the fact that it was two faces fighting. Seriously. Although a hotly anticipated match it was a good opener. I clapped when Jensen hit the Calf Killer! I clapped when Drew Murdock hit the Damnatio Memoriae! it was a nostalgia fest of the good days of old! Early 2016! Out of 5? probably a 2"

Hardcore Championship No.1 Contenders Brawl
"What a mess of a match. Hardly anyone seemed turned on and it looked like a match of off days until a spontaneous appearance by Red Dragon who proceeded to eliminate most of the competitors in quite brutal fashion, it was a masterclass of destruction that can only be described in one word: Bloodbath"

Simon Cade (c) vs. Kenji Yamada - Hardcore Championship
As “Pride of Lions” blasts out, Kenji comes out to the entrance ramp a lot slower than he normally does. He is holding a microphone in one hand and is hiding something behind his back with the other. Instead of dancing around, he reaches the centre of the stage and sits cross legged as he prepares to speak
Kenji: So, I guess you are all wondering what sort of weapon I have chosen for this match. Well, I thought I would arm myself with something I’m used to.
As he says that, Kenji brings out from behind his back a kendo stick. He takes a good look at it before looking back to Simon in the ring.
Kenji: Now before the match begins, I decided to ask Clint to add another stipulation. Simon, you love to get a cheap shot before running away to whatever hole you live in. But in this match, you’ll have nowhere to run to because this match…is falls count anywhere.
Kenji stands and slaps the kendo stick on the floor as he waits for Simon to come at him.
Simon laughs and shakes his head. Kenji walks to the middle of the ramp, and draws a line with his kendo stick. Simon shakes his head once more, and looks to Brianna, scoffing at Kenji’s actions.
Beast: Simon doesn’t need to go to Kenji, Simon is the champ! He knows better than to charge into a kendo stick wielding nut like Kenji!
Kenji charges the ring and slides in, unbeknownst to Simon. He blindsides Simon with the kendo stick, and bashes away at him, forcing him to roll out of the ring. Simon hustles over to the barricade, hopping over it and fleeing into the crowd. As Kenji goes to chase him, Brianna briefly steps in between Kenji and the barricade. Kenji feints with the kendo stick, causing Brianna to panic and move out the way, but as she does, Simon hurls a fan over the barricade, who collides with Kenji. Simon vaults the barricade, and as the fan is dragged off by security, begins stomping Kenji on the outside.
Kohl: Awh, come on! How cowardly of Simon to use his girlfriend as a distraction like that.
Beast: Hardcore title, hardcore match, anything to keep the title Kohl.
Simon moves around the ring, towards the entrance ramp, and picks up one of the ladders. As he turns around the face the ring, Kenji sprints, jumps off the steel steps, and dropkicks the ladder into Simon’s chest. Kenji picks up the ladder that Simon had, and throws it into the ring. He ducks under the ring, and finds another kendo stick. As he goes to roll it into the ring, Simon chop blocks him. Simon continues the assault, stomping on the leg of Kenji, before rolling him into the ring. He then goes back up the ramp, and drags a few tables to ringside. He sets up two tables, side by side, then places a third on top, in a pyramid formation. Simon rolls into the ring, only to have Kenji crack him in the forehead with a kendo stick.
Kohl: A vicious shot by Kenji!
Simon drops to a knee, stunned, as Kenji lifts the kendo stick, asking the fans if they want another. The fans cheer, and Kenji hits Simon again, this time striking down hard on Simon’s right shoulder. Simon winces in pain, and tries to cover up, as Kenji raises the kendo stick again. The fans chat “encore”, and as Kenji winds up to hit another, Simon low blows him.
Beast: There you go Cade! Remind him why you have this championship!
Simon gingerly makes it to his feet, and sets up the ladder in the corner, laying it over the second rope. He turns and stomps Kenji a few times, before dragging him over beside the ladder. Simon grabs a handful of Kenji’s hair, and picks him up for a shin breaker. He proceeds to hurl Kenji, knee and shin first, onto the leaning ladder.
Kohl: Simon Cade just threw Kenji onto that ladder, and Kenji’s leg may be in serious trouble here!
Kenji rolls on the mat in pain, as Simon gloats in the centre of the ring.
Beast: Cade is as vicious as he is creative!
Simon drags Kenji to the opposite corner and brings him up to his feet. He hangs Kenji in the tree of woe, before grabbing the kendo stick.
Kohl: Kenji hanging from that knee Simon just attacked, what’s going on now?
Simon begins bashing Kenji’s knee with the kendo stick, taking breaks to laugh every few strokes. He kneels in front of Kenji, and begins to laugh in his face, but Kenji grabs a hold of Simon’s head, and headbutts him.
Kohl: How’s that for creative, Beast?
Kenji unties himself, and limps over to Simon, who just bashes Kenji in the leg with the kendo stick, dropping him. Simon staggers to his feet, and proceeds to keep bashing Kenji with the kendo stick, to the point of near unconsciousness.
Beast: Simon Cade will stop at nothing to retain that title!
Simon motions for Brianna to give him one of the tables from ringside. She slides it into the ring and follows with it. She sets up the table, as Simon sets up the ladder. Simon rolls Kenji onto the table, and hands Brianna the kendo stick. Brianna kneels at the head of the table, and holds Kenji down, using the kendo stick to help her.
Kohl: Brianna nearly choking Kenji on that table, as Simon climbs the ladder.
Simon mocks the dance that Kenji does on his way to the ring, and waves to the fans. As he turns and yells his signature “Come On Baybay!”, he doesn’t notice Kenji fighting off Brianna, and rolling off the table.
Beast: Simon, Simon watch out!
Kenji charges the ladder, and knocks it over, sending Cade flying over the top rope, and through the three tables set up outside the ring.
Kohl: Simon just went crashing through those tables on the outside!
Kenji crawls quickly, and falls out the ring, rolling over to Simon, and quickly making the cover for the three count.
Kenji: So, I guess you are all wondering what sort of weapon I have chosen for this match. Well, I thought I would arm myself with something I’m used to.

Mason James vs. Sway Archer - US Championship
Sway rolls out of the ring and walks over to Ian. Mason moves to exit the ring as well, but Ian waves him off. Ian nods to Sway and shakes his hand, but Sway, with lightning quickness, slaps the handcuffs on Ian, and cuffs him to the steel guard rail.
Beast: That criminal Sway Archer just handcuffed Mason's manager!
Sway let's out a little laugh, waves to Ian, and rolls into the ring. As he makes it to his feet, Mason clobbers him with a clothesline.
Beast: Serves you right!
Sway staggers to his feet, clearly rocked from the clothesline. Ian is shouting on the outside for Mason to focus on Sway. Mason shoves Sway to the side, and exits the ring to go help Ian out of the handcuffs.
Kohl: Mason showing some care for his manager here, trying to free him.
Sway shakes the cobwebs off, and starts hyping himself up.
Kohl: Sway, getting ready for something here-- off the ropes, off the other ropes, and over the top right onto Mason James!
Sway pops back up to his feet and salutes Ian.
Beast: Such disrespect here! This is why Sway isn't fit to be champion!
Sway tries to lift Mason to his feet, but he's pushed off, as Mason rolls into the ring. Sway hops up onto the apron, and ducks a punch from Mason.
Kohl: Sway's agility is gonna be essential in this match.
Sway retaliates with a high kick, and then hops up to the top rope.
Kohl: Sway going for the meteora, Mason catches him!
Beast: The strength of this man!
Mason pops Sway up, and drags him down to the canvas with a power bomb. He walks over to Sway, who is getting up slowly, and clocks him with a short arm clothesline.
Kohl: The crowd chanting "gentle giant" here as Mason takes his time, dissecting Sway.
Ian is yelling into the ring, telling Mason not to listen to them.
Beast: This fans need to shut up and let Mason work, they're clearly annoying him.
Mason shaking his head, taking a bit of extra time to try and shake off the words of the fans. Mason drags Sway up by his neck, but Sway breaks free, and cracks Mason in the jaw with a headbutt.
Kohl: Sway taking advantage of that hesitation here!
Mason staggers back, as Sway charges at him from the ropes. Sway hits a dropkick, then runs off the ropes and hits another. Sway hits a third, which sends Mason tumbling out of the ring.
Beast: Come on Mason! Get up!
As Mason makes it to his feet, Sway hits the ropes once more.
Kohl: Sway, going to fly again!
Sway, instead of going over the top, does a handspring, and bounces his feet off the top rope, before doing a backflip in the centre of the ring.
Kohl: Beautiful fake out by Sway!
Mason sees this display, and becomes infuriated. He rolls into the ring and goes for a clothesline, which is ducked. Sway hits the ropes, jumps high into the air, and descends on Mason with the mushroom stomp. Mason quickly gets to his feet, but is met by another mushroom stomp. Mason gets up once more, and stumbles towards the ropes. Sway charges at him, and slides between his legs, tripping him in the process.
Kohl: Mason faceplanting hard there, Sway's making a comeback!
Sway quickly scales the apron, and hits a springboard elbow drop to the back of Mason's neck. Mason, clutching his neck, stumbles over to the corner, where Sway hits him with a running forearm smash.
Beast: Ian, just screaming at Mason from the outside. Come on Mason! Get up!
Mason slowly works up to his feet, and Sway hits him again. Mason staggers out of the corner, and Sway hits a jumping super kick, putting Mason on his back.
Kohl: Sway looking around, is it time?
Sway hops over the top rope, and gets his footing on the outside.
Kohl: Sway with the springboard shooting star press! Touch The Sky!
Sway hooks Mason's legs for the cover, pumping his legs. In his excitement, he rolls Mason too far up, and Mason's foot hits the rope.
Kohl: Mason's feet were on the rope! This match isn't over yet!
Sway sits in the corner shaking his head, he gets up, and drags Mason into the centre of the ring.
Kohl: Sway setting up for another one, possibly!
As the ref's back is turned, checking on Mason, Ian takes a drink from a fan, and throws it at the back of Sway's head. Sway slowly turns to Ian, and shakes his head.
Kohl: Ian getting involved behind the ref's back, and Sway is not having it.
Sway steps into the ring, and points at Ian, telling him "stay in your lane, old man".
Beast: Mason's getting up, setting up At World's End!
Sway slips out as Mason lifts him, landing behind Mason. Sway jumps up, and hits a high angle backstabber, driving his knees into the back of Mason's neck.
Kohl: Sway with a vicious sort of neckbreaker there, pulling Mason down onto the point of his knees!
Sway crawls over Mason for the cover, staring at Ian the whole time.
Kohl: One, two, three! Sway Archer is the US Champion!

Kidd West (c) vs. The Answer - International Championship
As “Man on the Silver Mountain” begins to play, the crowd begin to cheer and boo in a rather mixed response. The answer enters the stage with a small grin around his face and the prestigious title over his shoulder. He holds his grin as he slowly makes his way to the ring. As he enters the ring, The Answer gives the crowd a bow before handing his title over to a crew member after instructing them to be careful
Kohl: And here comes The Answer, who beat Kidd West to get this shot, this could be his big chance to make his true mark as “rookie superstar of the year”.
The arena lights cut off. Suddenly, “Love the way you hate me” begins to blast out as a spotlight comes on revealing Kidd West with his signature jacket. He raises his arm as the crowd once again gives him mixed responses. Kidd makes his way slowly down the ring, ignoring The Answer and the crowd. He walks onto the apron, turns arounds and leans back, allowing him to flip into the ring. Kidd hands over the international title to the ref who hooks it and lifts it high in the air
Fink: The following contest, is a ladder match, and it is for the GCW International Championship! Introducing the challenger… from Providence, Rhode Island, weighing in at 180 lbs, The Answer!
The crowd has a mixed reaction again, but there seems to be a decent amount of cheers
Fink: And his opponent… from Calgary, Alberta, Canada, weighing in at 176 lbs, he is the current International Champion… Kidd West!
West does a quick taunt to the crowd, who boo loudly at him
Kohl: And thats the bell! Can these two mastermind’s be the architect of a magnificent showing today!?
Beast: Personally I don’t see much value in these superstars nowadays, the legends of the old days will always be in my heart.
West and The Answer begin by circling each other intently. West cracks his knuckles in the hopes of intimidating The Answer, opportunistically The Answer dives forward locking with West in the middle. The Answer stomps on West’s leg and slides behind him, quickly hitting him with a strong, fast suplex crashing West shoulders first into the mat. Scrambling to pick West up again he grabs him once more and hits him with a Saving Grace leaving West down. The Answer uses this time to slide out of the ring and grab a nearby ladder. Whilst setting it up he gets blindsided by West who hits him with a rough dropkick.
Kohl: What a manoeuvre from West! Blindsiding The Answer effectively!
Beast: A strong lack of situational awareness there from The Answer, it looks like an easy match for West in my mind.
West begins to set up the ladder. Slowly climbing it, he gets about halfway up before The Answer grabs his leg and shakes him off the ladder. West lands on both feet as The Answer quickly grabs him by the hair and slams him headfirst into the steps. West roars in pain and stumbles into the ropes in pain. Ever the opportunist. The Answer rushes forward, hitting West with a strong Superkick, sending him over the ropes and crashing into the outside of the ring. The Answer begins to climb the ladder, reaching the top. Placing his hands on the belt he begins to try remove it.
Kohl: This is it! This could be the golden moment for The Answer!
Beast: I must say The Answer…
Before Beast can finish his sentence West slides back into the ring, pushing over the ladder which leaves The Answer dangling in the air. West quickly catches him ‘In The Crosshairs’ from the top turnbuckle. Repeatedly striking The Answer in the head.
Beast: … Is a disappointment to his parents.
Replacing the ladder, West climbs up half way before The Answer begins to struggle back up slowly. West sighs and leaps off the ladder, hitting him with a flying clothesline. Trying to climb the ladder again, The Answer grabs West’s foot and refuses to let go, keeping him pinned in place. West repeatedly trying to shake off The Answer. West stomps into him repeatedly.
Kohl: The Answer refuses to lose! The desperation is admirable in the eyes of what must be defeat!
Beast: Stupid, but admirable. A future champ in the making perhaps…
The Answer loosens his grasp on West who looks at the ladder and back to The Answer, climbing out of the ring to a chorus of jeers from the crowd, West grabs a chair and stares at it in admiration shouting ‘Do what it takes. Whatever it takes!’ Climbing back in with the chair he strikes The Answer with it, and the strikes him again, and again, and again… The chair slowly twisting and morphing into something that is barely reminiscent of a chair. Blood begins to pour onto the mat as West chucks the twisted remnants aside. Panting in a rage filled exhaustion.
Kohl: That bastard! This was supposed to be an entertaining match!
Beast: I don’t know what you’re on about Kohl, I’m feeling pretty entertained just watching him beat him!
West reaches the top of the ladder, struggling for a few seconds he unhooks the championship. Holding it high above his head to a chorus of boo’s and shouts of disgust from the audience. West grins, taking in the hatred as ‘Love The Way You Hate Me’ echoes through the arena. The camera cuts to a group of paramedics helping The Answer up, West walks over to The Answer, grinning cruelly he spits at The Answers feet before walking out of the ring. The camera fades into an advert for the latest GCW Network show ‘Total Blacks’
Owen Hawes (c) vs. Darius Seeiso - GCW World Heavyweight Championship
Fink: This match is set for One Fall and is for the GCW World Heavyweight Championship...
The lights black out.
‘Out of The Black’ by Royal Blood begins to echo throughout the arena.
Darius slowly comes out, stopping at the top of the ramp.
Suddenly a spotlight bursts alive, Darius stares up at it as it illuminates him and his Tag Team Championship, draped over one shoulder. He suddenly begins to slowly saunter down to the ring, looking amongst the fans unimpressed by what he sees.
Fink: Making his way to the ring… from Maseru, Lesotho… he is The Night’s Prince… DARIUS SEEISO!!!
A mixed cheer rises from the audience, as Darius enters the ring, audibly snarling at the crowd and their reaction. Moving slowly to the corner, he drapes his title over it and begins to kneel.
The lights go off in the Oracle Arena as Avenged Sevenfold’s Nightmare’s iconic jingle begins to play. A red dim slowly begins to rise and it shows a number of men in straight jackets and muzzles that are standing on dollies. The first riffs of the song plays, and with them, one by one, and the men are pulled back into the darkness behind them. One by one, they all disappear, until M. Shadows’ scream of “Nightmare” is echoed all around the arena, and with it, a sole man on a dolly remains. The man throws his head back to get his hair off of his face to reveal the Nightmare himself, Owen Hawes, muzzled and tied up in a straight jacket.
As the song plays, Owen Hawes’ Pest walks from the darkness and begins to push the dolly Owen Hawes is standing on down the ramp all the way to the ring. There, Owen Hawes steps off of the dolly, walks up the stairs and into the ring, with his Pest quickly behind him. As the lines “It’s your fucking Nightmare” are sung after the first chorus, Pest undoes the ties in Owen Hawes straightjacket and muzzle. Owen Hawes throws his arms to his sides as the lights fully come up.
Fink: And The Champion… from Dorchester, Massachusetts… The Nightmare… OWEN HAWES!!!
There is some clapping from the audience as the bell is rung.
Kohl: Here we go! The final match of tonight, a clash between these two titans of the ring!
Beast: I never thought I’d see the day these two clashed over a world championship… Its been a long time in GCW I can tell you that…
Hawes and Seeiso circle each other, locking stares and intently showing no will of backing down in this title match. Both men rush forward and begin striking each other, throwing hooks and jabs, hitting each other hard in the head. It looks almost sickening to watch until suddenly Darius ducks a punch and hits Hawes with a 2319. Hawes clutches the back of his head and quickly gets back up glaring at Seeiso.
Kohl: Hard move from Seeiso there!
Beast: Too simple… you can’t take down Hawes with just simple moves… you’d need a fucking shotgun to get him down.
Hawes lunges at Seeiso quickly grabbing him around the waist and slipping behind. In a quick movement he has struck Seeiso down with a nice Suplex, though picks him back up and hits him with another, and another, and another. Before leaving Darius down on the ground. Hawes pounds his chest viciously and lets out a roar of anger. Darius slowly gets up, Hawes rushes forward to go and stomp on him again… but Seeiso catches the foot and hits a Dragon Screw, knocking Hawes onto the floor. Moving to end this early, Seeiso locks in a Modified Kneebar. Relentlessly wrenching Hawes’ leg.
Kohl: Darius may have found a useful strategy! Keeping Hawes on the ground could reduce his offense!
Beast: Its too basic for keeping a monster like Hawes down, he could adapt to any situation you throw him in. Its all in vain!
Seeiso eventually releases the hold as his grip began to loosen. Hawes stumbles up, Seeiso charges for him but Hawes slips behind and hits a Snap Inverted DDT driving Seeiso’s skull into the mat. At this point Hawes behins to furiously stomp the hell out of Seeiso’s legs in retaliation for what had occurred to himself. Hawes picks up Seeiso who suddenly begins to fight back. Darius quickly grabs Hawes and goes to hit a Night Driver when the lights suddenly black out. There is silence for a few minutes and static appears on many TV Screens. When the lights and static stop. Seeiso is on the ground with Hawes eagerly pacing above him. Hawes slicks back his hair, growling almost animalistically as Seeiso staggers up
Kohl: He’s charging… LUCID DREAM!!!
Beast: Damn! Seeiso looks out of it!
Hawes quickly covers him

3!!!
Hawes gets up and celebrates by grabbing his title, standing over the unconcious Seeiso he raises it up high over his head, before dropping to his knees and pushing the belt in Seeiso’s face. Something inaudible is uttered as Hawes picks it back up and proceeds to head to the back. The camera fades out.
